Following the long-term performance monitoring program for the provisionally verified technologies, the technologies were awarded full verification. |

BETV-SAM Project operations ceased in Bangladesh at the end of December 2009. |
| ISO 17025 accreditation |
The BCSIR Analytical Research Laboratory was awarded international certification in ISO 17025 for selected water quality parameters that are especially relevant to arsenic technology verification, and other groundwater arsenic mitigation work. |
| Post BETV-SAM Project |
BCSIR has maintained a verification capability, post-project, and is prepared to verify arsenic removal technologies that are submitted for verification by their proponents. |
