BETV-SAM Round 1 Verification:

If, in a field test, a technology performs satisfactorily, BCSIR will award the proponent FULL Verification for the performance claim for that technology. The stage known as 'Monitoring' of the technology as in ETV-AM will not be necessary to be performed for technologies in the BETV-SAM program with Full Verification. The certificate for Full Verification issued to the proponent indicates the deployment conditions for that technology, including upper limits of certain well water quality parameters, such as concentrations of arsenic, phosphate, etc., where that particular technology can be deployed. Before receiving this certificate, the proponent will have to sign a Legal Agreement with BCSIR. The Legal Agreement outlines the proponent's obligations.
